The Long Term Employee coaching consists of two face-to-face sessions, as outlined below. These sessions will be conducted with a maximum of four-week intervals, and a minimum of two-week intervals. Each session will start with a review of the application of theory in the “real world” situation. The participant will be supplied with text of all the theory discussed. In addition there will be contact between the participant and Hal Huhn on an ongoing basis via telephone, fax, and e-mail. A progress report will be submitted on regular basis.

Day 1:

  • Thinking “Outside the Box”
  • How can I use my experience and knowledge to help:
