Approach and Philosophy

My coaching, teaching, and training practice is now in its 29th year and what an exciting time it has been, and continues to be. I absolutely love the coaching, training, teaching profession as it allows me to work with interesting, talented people and help them pull the best out of themselves: personally and professionally. The work is very rewarding for me. As a bonus, my business continually gets more interesting and rewarding each year. Over the past 28 years, I have coached, taught, and trained hundreds of people: one on one and in groups. There are many different ways of looking at life (work and private), and this is the lens I choose to filter things through. The main focus of the coaching, teaching, and training with most of my clients (and the reason most of them choose to work with me) is summed up in the one core philosophy I focus on: “You can create an ideal and successful business life and a great personal quality of life, at the same time.” The intent of all the work I do is to help people create their own version of High Quality Life, at work and at home. It is not only inspiring, but it works too. I believe that it is possible for anyone to live this philosophy if they are willing to deal with, change, or overcome some things they would rather avoid.

Qualifications

I am a professional Business Manager, Team Leader, Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach with more than 45 years of experience. My experience has been as a Corporate Executive, Field Sales and Marketing Manager, and an Industrial Trainer of Customers and Distributors, as well as an Instructor at Community Colleges. With over 45 years of business experience, I have knowledge of a wide variety of functions and industries.

I am a Graduate of the University of Toronto Business School. I am also a certified instructor for the Napoleon Hill Foundation in Chicago, as well as a certified facilitator at the Adizes Institute in California. I have obtained my certification in Adult Education and Staff Training. I have conducted training courses for firms in various industries such as: Industrial Distribution, Industrial Building, Pharmaceutical, Landscaping, Retail Industries, to name a few.

I am a certified facilitator in the "Instructional Skills Workshops" (ISW) in the greater Toronto area Community Colleges. These workshops enable Community College professors and instructors to update their teaching skills.

I am a member of the Business Faculty at Centennial College, Seneca College,George Brown College,  and DeVry Institute in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

I can conduct the workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions in English or German.
