Course Description
The Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) is a laboratory approach to the development and improvement of teaching (training) and learning. We use the actual experiences of the participants. Participants review basic ideas about teaching (training), check current practices, and try new strategies and techniques within the safe environment of the workshop.
Goals and Learning Outcomes
Upon the successful completion of this workshop participants will be able to:
understand and prepare useful, practical lesson (training) plans. and use these plans to effectively deliver a lesson full of learning opportunities.

First mini lessons and reviews.
Day three:
Second mini lessons and reviews.
Development of new techniques and methods.
Day four:
Third mini lessons and reviews.
Summary and plans to putting theories into action.
